In recent years, many guests have asked us what it means to be featured in the MICHELIN Guide Italy<\/strong>.
It is an important recognition for us, that rewards the daily care, consistency, and attention we devote to our cuisine and hospitality.
AceroRosso is featured in the MICHELIN Guide since 2024<\/strong> as well as in the 2025 and 2026 editions<\/strong>.

This continuity reflects the value of our work over time, without changes in philosophy or approach.
However, we would like to clarify that AceroRosso is not a Michelin-starred restaurant<\/strong>.
We have been selected for the overall quality of the experience, not for a change in style or pricing policy.
Our cuisine remains faithful to its principles: local ingredients, seasonality, carefully prepared and honest dishes, all in an environment that aims to make each guest feel at home.
